Yoga, Meditation & Sound Bath Workshop

 I love teaching and attending workshops.

By taking the time out to just give back to ourselves is firstly always a positive move.

But during a workshop you get to immerse yourself more in your practice.

You have more time to learn the correct breath work that is necessary in yoga, more time to work with postures and alignment and more time to drop into stillness as you meditate. But most of all, by giving yourself the time, you are working bringing the mind and body into one.

This Sunday at my next workshop we will be doing all the above and then finish with a 30 minute Sound Bath.
