Journey to Serenity in the foothills of the Himalayas

21st – 28th March 2026. Rishikesh, India

This retreat offers the space to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters. Nestled in the peaceful foothills of the Himalayas, you'll have the opportunity to unwind, nourish yourself with Ayurvedic treatments, deepen your yoga practice, and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace. Over the course of this transformative week, you'll balance your mind, body, and soul through Yoga, evening Sound Baths, Meditation, Pranayama, and holistic Ayurvedic healing.

Picture yourself returning home after just 7 days feeling more relaxed, centred, and reconnected to who you truly are. After a week spent fully immersed in your practice and self-care, where your mind is clearer, your body feels at ease, and you’re more energised than you’ve felt in a long time. This retreat isn’t about a complete life overhaul, but about creating space for balance, peace, and clarity—so you can bring these qualities back into your everyday life.

It’s your opportunity to press pause, reset, and reconnect in a way that feels both deeply nurturing and transformative.

“After just 7 days, I felt more relaxed, centred, and reconnected to myself than I had in years.”

Testimonial from previous guest

“I travelled to beautiful Veda5 to spend a week on retreat with Claire. It was my first time travelling to India as well as practising with Claire. As soon as I arrived, Claire immediately made me welcome and I knew I had made a good decision.

The whole retreat ran so smoothly, it felt like we were in paradise — the location, the food and the very authentic experience, of being in spiritual Rishikesh. The yoga was accessible, yet challenging enough for those with a strong practice. We finished each day with a relaxing sound bath in the midst of the beautiful Himalayas.

“Claire was an amazing host throughout. I left feeling the retreat in a wonderful place and was very grateful to Claire and her warm energy. If you get the opportunity to go on retreat with Claire, take it. You will be very grateful for having had the experience.” Scott
