Corporate Yoga & Wellbeing
Supporting healthier, more balanced workplaces.
Modern working environments can place significant demands on employees. Long hours, high workloads and constant digital communication can lead to stress, fatigue and reduced focus.
Corporate sessions offer employees practical tools to pause, reset and return to work feeling more focused and energised.
Drawing on over 25 years of experience in yoga and wellbeing practices, Claire delivers sessions designed to release physical tension, calm the nervous system and support mental clarity. Sessions may incorporate yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound healing, either individually or in combination. Each session is carefully tailored to the needs of your team, meeting people where they are and providing the practices that will be most beneficial in the moment.
The sessions can be delivered in several formats depending on the needs of your organisation, and are suitable for all levels and require no previous experience.
Workplace Yoga Classes
Regular yoga classes designed to release tension from desk work, improve mobility and help employees reset during the working day.
Yoga & Sound Bath Sessions
A combination of yoga followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath. These sessions help employees release tension and switch off mentally, returning to work feeling calmer and more focused.
Sound Bath Relaxation Sessions
Guided sound relaxation sessions designed to help employees fully unwind and recharge.
Workshops & Wellbeing Events
Longer sessions that may combine movement, breathwork and relaxation techniques as part of corporate wellbeing days or team events.
All sessions can be adapted for different group sizes and workplace environments.
The Benefits of Mind-Body Practices in the Workplace
Research shows that practices such as yoga, breathwork and meditation can significantly reduce stress and support mental clarity. Even short sessions have been shown to help regulate the nervous system, lower cortisol levels and improve focus.
These practices also help counter the physical effects of long hours spent sitting at desks and working on screens by releasing tension in the body and supporting better posture and breathing.
By introducing simple techniques that employees can use both during and beyond the session, workplace wellbeing programmes can support healthier, more balanced and more productive working environments.
Why Workplace Wellbeing Matters
Supporting employee wellbeing is increasingly recognised as an important part of a healthy and productive workplace.
Wellbeing sessions can help support:
• reduced workplace stress
• improved focus and productivity
• better energy and mental clarity
• stronger team morale
Creating space for employees to step away from the demands of the working day can make a meaningful difference to both wellbeing and performance.
