Yoga, Reiki, Sound Bath

A space dedicated entirely to you

These one-to-one sessions offer time to slow down, reset and reconnect with yourself.

Drawing on over 25 years of experience in yoga and healing practices, each session is carefully tailored to what you need in that moment. Sessions may focus on Yoga, Reiki or sound healing, or a combination of practices designed to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

For some people this is an opportunity to deepen their yoga practice, refine alignment or explore breathwork and meditation. For others it is simply a chance to step away from the pressures of everyday life, quiet a busy mind and restore balance.

Whatever brings you here, the time we spend together creates space for the body and nervous system to settle, allowing you to leave feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded.

Private sessions are available in person in Notting Hill, Kensington and Chiswick, as well as online.
