KERALA YOGA & WELLNESS RETREAT
Escape to Serenity in Kerala
14th - 21st November 2026

WELCOME TO YOUR WEEK OF DEEP REST

Life can feel busy.

Work, family, responsibilities and the constant demands of everyday life often leave little time to properly look after ourselves.

This retreat is an opportunity to step away from all of that for a week.

A week to slow down, to deepen your yoga practice, to be nourished by Ayurvedic treatments, healthy food, ocean air and sunshine, and full chance to rest, recharge and reconnect with yourself.

Set on a peaceful stretch of private beach on the Arabian Sea, Escape to Serenity combines Yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and deep relaxation in one of the most beautiful corners of India.

This is your time to pause, breathe and simply be.

WHY THIS RETREAT IS PERFECT FOR YOU

This retreat is for anyone who wants to spend a week prioritising their health and wellbeing.

Whether you’re a regular yoga student looking to deepen your practice, someone who loves the idea of combining yoga with Ayurveda, or simply in need of a proper break, this week is designed to support you.

The retreat blends twice-daily yoga and meditation with personalised Ayurvedic treatments, nourishing food and plenty of time to rest.

There is no pressure to be productive, achieve anything or fill every moment.

Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to move, breathe, relax and enjoy being looked after in a beautiful setting beside the ocean.

Many guests join me on retreat because they know they need a change of pace. Others come simply because they are drawn to India, Ayurveda or yoga.

Whatever brings you here, my intention is the same, that you leave feeling healthier, happier and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

.

A BEAUTIFUL PART OF KERALA

This is my fourth retreat at Veda5 Kerala and there is a reason I keep returning.

Set directly on its own private beach on the Arabian Sea, it offers the perfect environment to slow down, switch off and fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience.

Days unfold to the sound of the ocean, with yoga overlooking the water, Ayurvedic treatments tailored specifically to you, nourishing food and plenty of time to simply rest.

The atmosphere is calm, relaxed and unhurried.

Whether you’re walking barefoot along the beach, enjoying a treatment, reading by the pool or watching the sunset over the ocean, life naturally begins to slow down.

Many guests tell me it’s one of the most peaceful places they’ve ever visited.

A PERSONALISED AYURVEDIC EXPERIENCE

One of the things that makes this retreat so special is the quality of the Ayurvedic care available throughout the week.

On arrival, you’ll meet with the resident Ayurvedic doctor for a personal consultation. They will assess your individual constitution, lifestyle and any health concerns before creating recommendations tailored specifically to you.

Throughout the week, you’ll enjoy three Ayurvedic treatments included within your package, with the option to add further treatments if you wish.

The Ayurvedic doctor is available throughout your stay and can adjust your treatments and dietary recommendations as needed, creating a truly personalised wellness experience.

Combined with daily yoga, meditation, nourishing Ayurvedic food and the healing rhythm of the ocean, this holistic approach supports both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Many guests tell me they leave feeling healthier, lighter and more energised than they have in years — not only on the inside, but on the outside too.

“I’ve been coming to Claire’s retreats in India for over 5 years, regularly and always with great joy. Whether in the Himalayan foothills or the beaches of Kerala, I always come away from the time with her practicing yoga and enjoying sound baths, reiki and Ayurvedic healing with a profound sense of renewal, peace and ferocious energy that goes on to fuel my typically busy life.” Laura

"I've just returned from a truly wonderful retreat in Kerala and I'm still carrying the energy of the experience with me. Claire is an experienced and inspiring teacher who creates a space that feels both nurturing and powerful, a place to pause, switch off and reconnect. Over the week, I felt my curiosity for yoga renewed and a real pull to explore it more deeply. The setting was perfect, the Ayurvedic treatments complemented the practice beautifully, and the whole experience felt restorative and heart-opening. I can't wait to join Claire again." Erica
